- Retail Buyers Program. GHS enters into a purchase agreement with you to secure the property and then markets it to locate a qualified retail buyer, with that buyer completing the purchase at closing. In this option, GHS acts as a principal to the contract and is not your agent.
- Listing with Propstor. If you choose to list your property for the open market, our affiliated licensed brokerage, Propstor, LLC, may represent you as your real estate brokerage under a separate written listing agreement that governs that relationship.
